- Forever Elegant is self-managed by its Board of Directors, who serve as volunteers. Messages are returned as promptly as the board is able.
In an emergency
For any life-safety emergency, fire, or medical situation, call 911 first.
For urgent building issues — water intrusion, elevator entrapment, power loss to common areas — call (786) 537-3929.
There is no staffed after-hours line. If your call is not answered, leave a voicemail or send an email and the board will respond as soon as they are able.
