Accessibility

Forever Elegant Condominium Association, Inc. intends this website to be usable by every resident, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we have done

• The site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
• Text is set at a comfortable default size with strong contrast against its background.
• Every function is reachable with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visibly indicated.
• Interactive controls carry text labels, not icons alone.
• The site works at any window size, including on a phone.

Documents

Association records are posted as PDF files, some of which are scans of signed or recorded originals. A scanned page may not be readable by a screen reader. If you need a record in an accessible format, contact the board and the association will provide an alternative.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult to use, please let us know or call (786) 537-3929. Describe the page and what happened, and the association will work to fix it.
