Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the website of Forever Elegant Condominium Association, Inc. (the “association”). By using the site you agree to them.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Information, not advice

The public pages describe the community in general terms. They are not legal, financial, or insurance advice, and they are not an offer. The association's recorded governing documents, meaning the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations with their amendments, control. If anything on this website differs from them, the recorded documents govern.

Official records

Copies of records posted in the owner portal are provided as a convenience to owners. Posting a record here does not limit an owner's right under Florida law to inspect the association's official records. To ask to inspect records, write to the board at the association's address shown at the bottom of every page.

Using the owner portal

The portal is for verified unit owners and the association's authorized staff. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, do not try to reach information that is not meant for you, and do not use automated tools to copy the portal. Records in the portal are for your own use as an owner; do not share personal information about other people that you find there. The association may suspend an account that is misused or that it cannot verify.

Translations

Spanish pages are provided for convenience. The association's recorded documents and official records are maintained in English, and the English version governs.

No warranty

This website is provided “as is.” The association works to keep it accurate and available, but does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, and, to the fullest extent Florida law allows, it is not responsible for losses that result from relying on the site or from being unable to use it.

Changes and governing law

The association may update these terms and the Privacy notice; the date at the top of each page shows when it was last changed. These terms are governed by Florida law.
