How do I get access to the owner portal?

Choose “Create an Account” and enter your name, unit number, and email address. The association then verifies that you are the owner of record for that unit before approving your account. Once approved, sign in with “Owner Login” to reach the records.

Why do I have to be approved before I can see documents?

The portal holds the association's official records, which are available to unit owners rather than to the general public. Verifying each registration against the owner of record is how the association keeps that restriction meaningful.

Where do I find the budget, meeting minutes, or the Declaration?

All of these are in the Documents section of the owner portal, organized by category and year.

Can I rent out my unit?

Only with the board's approval. Every lease, like every sale, requires an application that is reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors, and no tenant or buyer may move into the unit until that approval is given.

I am buying a unit here. What do I need?

Your title company or realtor should request an estoppel certificate and the governing documents through the board.

How do I attend a board meeting?

A notice of each upcoming meeting is posted in a common area of the building, and owners receive a letter in the mail announcing it. Meeting notices and agendas are also posted in the owner portal.
